      BGO

     

      BGO为锗酸铋(Bi4Ge3O12)的简称,它是一种在高能粒子或高能射线(x-射线、γ-射线)激发下能发出峰值为480nm波长的绿色荧光的闪烁晶体材料。它无色,透明,而且不溶于水。

      我们现在用下降法生长的BGO晶体的最大尺寸为ø76 mm x 300 mm。 我们也可以对BGO晶体作加工处理,如:打孔,做反射涂层,加工组装成BGO阵列。

       

         Bismuth Germanate (Bi4Ge3O12) commonly abbreviated as BGO, it is a crystal scintillator material that can emit green fluorescent light with a peak wavelength of 480 nm, it is colorless, transparent and insoluble in water.

         We now are able to grow the BGO crystal with maximum cylinder of ø76 mm x 300 mm length, while 40x80x200 mm rectangular shape by Bridgman technique. With regard to the further treatment of BGO crystal, we could do holes-drilling, reflector coating and matrix assembly etc.

      硅酸钇镥晶体(LYSO)是一种新型的闪烁材料, 它有优良的闪烁特性,如高的光输出,衰减时间短,密度和反辐射硬度高,稳定的化学和物理性质。LYSO晶体在高能物理、核物理、油井钻探、安全检查、环境检查等领域也具有广泛的应用。我司生长的LYSO晶体闪烁性能已达国际先进水平,可满足医学成像PET性能要求,具有批量供货能力。

      我司拥有一套完整的晶体加工和组装生产线,可按客户要求加工各种尺寸晶体及陈列组装。

       

         LYSO scintillator crystal is a new type of scintillation materials, it has excellent scintillation properties, such as high light output, short decay time, high density and anti-radiation hardness, and stable chemical and physical properties. LYSO crystal has wide application in the fields of high energy physicsnuclear physicsoil well drillingsecurity detection and environmental detection. The scintillation properties of LYSO crystal made by us has reached world-class level, and meet the demand of PET performance in medical imaging.

      YSO

     

      硅酸钇晶体与LYSO类似,同属于单斜晶系的稀土正硅酸盐晶体,是一种性能优良的光学基质材料。通过掺入不同过度金属离子具有不同功能,YSO:Yb是一种良好的的激光晶体,YSO:Ce是一种良好的闪烁晶体。与LYSO:Ce类似,YSO:Ce晶体的发光峰在420nm附件,方便与光电倍增管(PMT)和硅光电倍增管(PMT)和硅光电倍增管SiPM耦合。YSO晶体衰减时间比LYSO略长,约50-70ns,根据这个特性,研制由YSO和LSO组成的双层或多层PET探测器,用于给出DOI(Depth of interaction)信息。YSO的晶体的能量分辨率较高,137Cs激发下662keV能量分辨率可达7.6%。

      Cerium doped Silicate Yttrium, YSO ce scintillator belongs to monoclinic rare earth orthosilicate crystal, it is similar with the LYSO ce, while generally used as a semiconductor and in photo optic applications.

      CsI

     

      碘化铯 (CsI) 闪烁晶体是以碘化铯为基质材料的闪烁晶体,可分为Tl激活、Na激活和纯碘化铯三种,其化学式分别为CsI(Tl) 、CsI(Na)和CsI,均为无色透明的立方晶体,其特点是密度大、平均原子序数高对γ射线和X射线有较高的探测效率;并且晶体无解理,加工性能好可制成各种形状的探测器。广泛应用于高能物理、核物理、空间物理、行李安全检查、集装箱检查、工业料位计等其它工业领域。


      Cesium iodine(CsI ) crystals can be divided into three types based on the do pant, CsI(Tl), CsI(Na) and pure CsI. All of them are colorless transparent cubic crystals. CsI(Tl) is the most typical alkali halide scintillation crystal apart from NaI(Tl). Its light output is 45% of that in NaI(Tl). Its emission spectrum has a broad band at 350-700nm and a peak at 550nm. Its emission spectrum can match well with SPD so that the read out system can be simplified. Due to the decay time is dependent on the ionization capacity of a particle, it is suitable to detect heavy charged particles under strong g-ray background,CsI crystal has no cleavage surface, soft, but has certain plasticity, so the crystal can be made into various probers.
